Behind Cereus Context

Hello! I am Cindy Nguyen (she/her), and I am located on Treaty 7 land. In the spirit of reconciliation, I acknowledge that I live, work and play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta

My Vietnamese name is Như Quỳnh which translates to Night Blooming Cereus Flower, and to honor my cultural roots, the brand Cereus Context was created. This explains the meaning behind "Cereus", but what is "context"?

Context deconstructs assumptions, prompts critical thought and encourages one to think about multi-faceted situations, solutions and nuances. Context frames ideas, words and intents. If we fail to examine context, then we lose a world of meaning and situational understanding. I am here to support you in uncovering context, curating curiosity and fostering revolutionary ideas.
